ABOUT US

Robin Technologies was founded in 1991. This fourteen-year-old company initially focused primarily on public pay telephones, and from its first installation of four phones, has grown into the largest, DC area based independent payphone provider (IPP), currently owning and managing approximately one thousand (1,000) public pay telephones.

In 1999, Robin added products and services in the low-voltage business sector. Some milestones include:

• We are one of the leading installers for the DISH Network satellite TV service in the DC area, having performed over 1,000 installations.

• We provide satellite TV service to over 15 condominium communities comprising over 3,000 residential units.

• We have wired or rewired over 500 residential units for structured cabling.

Robin has been a recipient of multiple awards from Deloitte & Touche as a National Technology Fast 500 Company, Maryland Technology Fast 50 Company, and a Washington Technology Fast 50 Company. Robin’s participation in community activities and charities has also been acknowledged, and its efforts have received national recognition within its core industry.
